What is a golf bag tube?

A golf bag tube is a long, cylindrical piece of fabric or PVC that helps protect your golf clubs during transit. It is typically inserted into the middle of your golf bag, with the head of the clubs pointing up and the shafts down. This keeps your clubs from banging into each other and getting damaged.

Types of golf bag tubes

There are two main types of golf bag tubes: soft and hard.

  • Soft tubes are typically made from fabric or PVC and have a drawstring closure. They are lightweight and easy to transport.
  • A hard tube is usually made from aluminum or plastic and has a snap-fit or screw-on lid. Hard tubes offer more protection than soft tubes but are heavier and more difficult to transport.

Which one is better?

It depends on your needs. If you are looking for something that is lightweight and easy to transport, then a soft tube is a good option. If you need more protection for your clubs, then a hard tube is a better choice.
